第二十九課 找水電工吧！

Ivy : Dad, you've been working on that sink for two hours.
Shouldn't we call a plumber?
James : No! I'm almost finished. Hand me that wrench.
Ivy : Maybe we can call cousin Todd. He's good at fixing
things.
James : So am I. Do you remember that time I fixed your bike?
Ivy : That was 12 years ago and it wasn't broken.
James : I almost got it. Just be patient.
Ivy : Dad, the leak is worse. There's now more water dripping
out than before. I'm going to call a plumber right now.
James : I won't give up until I've fixed it.

艾薇：老爸，你已經花了兩個小時修理洗臉槽。
我們不應該請水電工嗎？
詹姆斯：不需要，我快完成了！把扳手拿給我。
艾薇：我們或許可以打電話給陶德表哥，他很
會修東西。
詹姆斯：我也很會啊！妳記得我幫妳修理腳踏車
那次嗎？
艾薇：那已經是十二年前的事了，而且當時車
根本沒壞。
詹姆斯：我快好了！有耐心點。
艾薇：老爸，漏水更嚴重了！現在流出來的水比
之前還多，我現在就去打電話請水電工。
詹姆斯：我不會放棄，直到修好。
